This is the last addition of boot style for now. Today I am talking about outfits with over the knee boots. The over the knee boot style is the latest boot style I have add to my closet this fall. Personally l like to pair them with a dress or skirt rather than jeans and leggings. As the weather gets colder I am sure I will find outfits with these boots and continue to share.
Outfit 1:
I used to be opposed to pairing brown and black together but after scrolling through Pinterest I saw many outfits that paired brown and black together so I thought I would give it a try with this outfit. Once I put it on and saw how it looked I knew it was a great boot style outfit to include in this post. I liked that the the boots and sweater are very similar shades of brown making giving it a bit of a color blocking look throughout the outfit.
Outfit 2
Next up I paired my boots with this green dress from Zara (item number: 9012888505). I picked this up in the city last weekend, I find I only shop Zara when I am in the city and I always have the best luck. This green dress is perfect for fall and winter. I can dress it both up and down making it the perfect dress to have laying around.
Outfit 3
My last look is this grey pleated skirt paired with my roll neck sweater. The best part of over the knee boots and skirts is they will keep your legs warm with out the struggle of tights. It is perfect for fall because the sweater is cozy. If the weather warms up as the day goes on being in a skirt counteracts the afternoon warm ups. This skirt is old from Vineyard Vines but I have linked some similar ones.
Over the knee boots are my newest boot in my boot collection and allow me to wear skirts and dresses without tights. As I find more outfits to wear over the knee boots I will continue to share them here on the blog and my instagram. If you have any suggestion on over the knee boot outfits I would love to see them!
