The Nordstrom’s Anniversary sale comes only once a year. This sale is something I look forward to each summer, it comes at the perfect time. It comes around when you are done shopping for summer clothes and ready to start looking and shopping for fall clothes and styles. I find this sale to be the perfect time to stock up on a fall basic or that designer bag or shoe you may have been eying for months.
Before I go into all the details of the sale I just want to say this sale is a lot of fun to shop and a lot of blogger cover it making it a hot topic over the next few weeks. That does not mean you need to fall into the “I need everything trap.” I know I find my self falling into this trap each summer. Use this sale as a fall inspiration time for your future fall outfits. Know that this is not the only fall sale of the year and many more are to come as the fall season gets underway!
When is the Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale:
The fun but confusing part about this sale is it opens in sections based on your status as a card holder. So today they shared the sale preview of the sale to everyone who wishes to look at it. From today July 24 until August 18th are the preview days. Click here to preview the sale!
Starting on August 4 the early access for card members starts. Between Aug 4 and Aug 18 different levels of card members can shop! As of Aug 19 the sale is open to everyone until it closes on August 30. Since last summer I begged my dad to open a Nordstroms card so I can shop the sale early, I can shop on August 13 so I will be back with my purchases!
Tips:
- Make a Nordstroms account
- Add your favorite items to your wish list
- Mark you calendar the date you can shop
- Add way more then you plan on buying incase some things go out of stock you have other favorites ready to go the say you can shop!
- Have a game plan
- Watch for restocks
