Going on 9 months of working from home, doing school from home and even doctors/therapy from home. With that the things we are doing from home on our computers is so much more than ever in the past. The other new thing is they can only see you from about your shoulders up. Bringing the next question is what the heck do I wear? If this questions is one you are asking I have teamed up with a few other bloggers to help with all your work from Home outfit needs. With in these post you will see 8 different outfits for all your future zoom calls.
I will be the first to admit some days I have rolled out of bed threw a sweatshirt on and logged on to class. Usually the classes have a break in the middle that allows me to get dressed for the day. I have even thrown a sweater on and left my sweatpants on for a meeting or two. Being comfortable for my classes is impotent since they are so long but I do miss putting outfits together on a daily basis. With that I do have Zoom Clinic on Monday and Wednesday nights which I have to be more professionally dressed for. Nothing like I would have been if Covid did not happen but the oversized sweatpants and sweater combo do not work for that. Below you will find two of my work from home outfits.
Outfit 1:
Black leggings are a closet staple for sure, throw on a sweater and sneakers you are ready for the day. This pair of leggings are great, I wish I knew more about them. I received them for Christmas and the tag has since fallen out. Typically my go to leggings are from Lululemon. This sweater is from J Crew Factory and I love the color and fit of it. I am wearing a small and it fits a little oversize. Last I paired them these new sneakers from J Crew Factory as well. The hint of leopard on the heel and tongue are so much fun and spice up so many outfits. I am wearing a size 7.5 in the sneaker. I definitely have a little room in them but the 7 would have been to small.
Outfit 2:
This second outfit put together this Vintage blue turtleneck and a skirt from J crew. This sweater is so comfy and a bit over sized but I learned a trick in high school with oversized tops to work with any outfit. (see trick below). I use this trick often with sweaters and skirt allowing me to wear almost any sweater and skirt combo. This outfit I paired with my booties. This sweater is from Banana Republic, I picked it up last week and can’t wait for more outfits to come with it. As for the skirt it is a few years old from J crew Factory and I just loved the ruffle. I get much uses out if it each fall/winter season. It makes the perfect holiday skirt to pair for thanksgiving, Christmas and any other event. It even works for a zoom call.
Here are some other work from home outfits from a few of my blogger friends:

Baggy top/sweater trick:
In high school as a cheerleader we had to wear our football players jersey on game day. I was not a fan, one the smelled two it was not very fashionable. The trick I learned from this time is to take the hem of the top/jersey/sweater tuck it under and in the bottom of your bra. It works every time and once its set you do not even notice.
