I am a week late on the next edition of Boot Style but here it is! I mentioned in the first addition of Boot style, how my love for boots started in middle school. It started with knee high riding boots, a brown suede pair to be exact. They were similar this this pair just without the heel. Knee high boots can be worn with endless outfits and they are both stylish and keep you warm during the cold weather months!
Look 1:
For the first look I paired the boots with my faux leather leggings from Spanx and a tunic length sweater. This look is one of may favorite ways to get dressed up and still be wearing leggings. Give it a few weeks and I will be wearing different versions of this outfit on repeat! The boots instantly dress up the looking making it appropriate for work or dinner!
Look 2:
My next look is a skirt. Pairing knee high boots with a skirt allows for your legs to still be warm as the weather begins to shift. I love this look for work, school or just a day with friends. It is easy to throw on and look put together.
Look 3:
My last look is a sweater dress and boots. Sweater dresses are extremely comfortable and throwing on a pair of knee high boots dresses it up making it appropriate for work, dinner or a party. This outfit is warm, cozy and perfect for a chilly fall or winter day! The color blocking style of this sweater is very in style this season and the colors make it timeless and classic. I love when classic and trendy mix. I purchased this dress in stores at J crew Factory, it is currently not online but when it his I will update this post!
Knee high boots have endless possibilities when it comes to fall and winter outfits. They come in many colors, heel heights and leathers but the best part is that they match any fall and winter outfit you come up with. They work with jeans, leggings dress and skirts making them a closet staple in any cold weather climate. Tune in next week for my last edition of boot style where I talk about over the knee boots!
