Cookie Icing

My go to icing for sugar cookies, especially my christmas cookies

Equipment

  • Bowl
  • Squeeze bottles or piping bags
  • Cookies for decorating
  • mixer

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Powdered Sugar
  • ¼ cups Milk
  • ¼ cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Food Coloring

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl add your Powder Sugar
  • Slowly add milk, corn syrup and vanila whill mixing with hand mixer on low
  • Once mixed well turn up speed. After about one minute icing should be thick and smooth
  • Separate into bowls and dye as wished with food coloring
